In-Person & Virtual Therapy

In one-on-one therapy, we’ll work on anxieties, childhood trauma, and relationship challenges. You’ll learn to harness your nervous system so you feel more regulated and in control, and we’ll seek to become aware of patterns with self-compassion, curiosity, and maybe a bit of humor.

Our approach is both bottom-up (somatic body work) and top-down (thoughts and behaviors). Because both need to shift to create long-lasting change.

Although we don’t prescribe medication, we’re happy to work hand-in-hand with your prescriber to create a well-rounded plan that supports all of you.
