In one-on-one and couples therapy, we’ll work on anxieties, childhood trauma, and relationship challenges. We’ll seek to become aware of patterns with self-compassion, curiosity, and maybe a bit of a giggle.

Our approach is both bottom-up (somatic body work) and top-down (thoughts and behaviors). Because both need to shift to create long-lasting change.

Although we don’t prescribe medication, we’re happy to work hand-in-hand with your psychiatrist to create a well-rounded plan that supports all of you.
